Overview

In my role as a Digital Marketing Intern at FPT, I was responsible for developing and executing content strategies that significantly enhanced the brand's visibility and engagement. By nearly doubling the weekly post volume and achieving 50% higher engagement rates at peak times, I was able to effectively drive greater interaction across the brand’s social media platforms.

I led the overhaul of our social media communication, which resulted in a doubling of reach and a substantial increase in user interaction. I also spearheaded customer retention initiatives by designing targeted promotional campaigns, including customized vouchers, event banners, and in-app popup notifications, which directly contributed to higher customer engagement.

Collaborating with teammates allowed me to analyze campaign performance closely, ensuring that all efforts were aligned with the team's KPIs. This also provided the opportunity to optimize digital media strategies to ensure that all marketing objectives were successfully met, further boosting the brand's overall digital presence.
